COURSE PAYMENT:
Registration will only be confirmed after the payment of a 100€ deposit for the course or a 200€ deposit when booking a course and accommodation. For the reservation of a private apartment you have to pay a deposit of 25% of the whole amount and it is subject to special cancellation charges. The payment of the remaining amount must be made at least 21 days before the start of the course. The deposit is deducted from the overall fee.
GROUP AND TIMETABLE CONDITIONS:
Groups are formed of between 3-12 students. In the case of smaller groups, there will be a reduction in the length of the course: 3 – 12 students = 4 lessons; 2 students = 3 lessons and 1 student = 2 lessons. Despite the reduced hours for smaller groups, the course will still cover the same material by the end of the week (smaller groups are able to cover the course material faster) and as a result there will not be any partial refund.
The usual class times for the intensive Spanish course 20 are 9:30-12:45. Occasionally, depending on the school’s volume of courses, the times for such course can vary (11:15-14:30 or 13:00-16:15). Summer children courses, as well as their parents take place between 9:30-14:00.
Classes are held from Monday to Friday. Students can start any Monday except for absolute beginners who must start on one of the specific Mondays when a beginner’s class is commencing. The minimum age required for our courses is 17, except on those oriented towards younger students (5-17) and individual classes. The school reserves the right to make exceptions. The school will be closed during public holidays and during the Christmas break. Any teaching days lost due to public holidays will mostly made up during the week through slightly extended hours.
PRIVATE LESSONS:
Lessons have a duration of 45 minutes. Fees include use of materials for this period. By booking a private lesson you agree to book and pay the lessons at least 48 hours before the lesson. Notice of at least 24 hours must be given to the school in the case of a class
cancellation to enable the class to be rescheduled. Students are also asked to be punctual in attending class - due to timetable commitments, the school is unable to extend lessons as a result of students arriving late.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations must be communicated as soon as possible. If the cancellation is made 21 days before the start of the course, there will be a penalty of 100€. If the cancellation is made 20 days or less before the start of the course, there will be no refund.

BOOKING CHANGES:
The student may change the type of course or the date of the course within the same year at no additional cost. Changes made less than 15 days before the start of the course will be subject to a surcharge of 30€. Changes are not accepted for bookings on student visas. Children’s programmes cannot be changed less than 7 days before the start of the course. No changes to the dates of the “Teenager Summer Programme 14-17 years” will be accepted less than 21 days before the start of the course.
COMPLAINTS:
If a student has any complaints related to the accommodation or a course, the school must receive written notification within 3 working days of the incident of origin in order to be eligible for any modification or refund.
ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS:
By booking a Spanish course in TLCdénia, you agree with the terms and conditions described above.
